At Windsor, tickets can be purchased onboard CTrail trains. The onboard purchase surcharge will be waived when a ticket vending machine is not available, as is the case at Windsor.
Only CTrailone-way tickets are sold onboard CTrail trains. No connecting tickets are sold onboard.
Onboard Amtrak Trains
Tickets may be purchased from the conductor on-board Amtrak trains at the full, undiscounted, unrestricted fare, and only using a credit/debit card. For the Hartford Line fare, please use Amtrak.com, the Amtrak mobile app or call 1-800-USA-RAIL.
